Our training centre is at Thorniehall Farm in Coalburn. We have five instructors in South Lanarkshire, Ayr and across the Highlands, delivering training across the UK.

Abrasive Wheels - Hand Held Cut Off Saw
This option specifically concerns hand-held cut-off saws. Tell us which saw you use and your previous experience.

Choose the right course before booking
Send the course name, your previous experience, the number of learners and the equipment involved. Let us know whether you need practical operator training or an awareness course. We will confirm the scope, duration, assessment or certification arrangements and prerequisites for the selected course.
Training location and equipment
Ask about arrangements at Thorniehall Farm or a suitable workplace. Equipment availability and the training location must be agreed for your chosen course; specialist machines are not assumed to be available at the centre.
Our five-instructor team includes instructors in South Lanarkshire, Ayr and across the Highlands. Include your nearest town and preferred dates when enquiring.
Planning a course for your team
Employers can send a list of the machines used and each learner’s experience. Tell us if you can provide equipment and an appropriate training area so we can discuss workplace delivery.
